LONDON and PROVIDENCIALES, TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, 01 April 2026 – TrustFlight, the world’s first and only end-to-end aerospace safety intelligence platform, announced that the Turks and Caicos Islands Airports Authority (TCIAA) has selected its Centrik 5 safety and compliance platform for deployment across all six airports it manages in the Turks and Caicos Islands, a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean.

Established in 2006, TCIAA oversees airport operations across the territory, including Howard Hamilton International Airport in Providenciales, the islands’ primary international gateway. The authority is subject to aviation safety and security oversight from Air Safety Support International (ASSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the UK Civil Aviation Authority responsible for regulation across UK Overseas Territories, as well as from the UK CAA directly.

Centrik 5 will support the development and strengthening of TCIAA’s safety, security, and compliance framework, with a particular focus on its Quality Management System (QMS) programme. The platform will provide integrated capabilities for safety reporting, document management, compliance tracking, and risk assessment across all six airport sites, replacing the authority’s existing safety management system.

A key factor in the selection was regulatory alignment. ASSI already uses Centrik as part of its own regulatory and oversight activities, including security audits conducted on Turks and Caicos Islands airports. By adopting the same platform, TCIAA will improve visibility across safety and compliance activities and streamline its engagement with both ASSI and the UK CAA. Following a competitive evaluation, Centrik 5 received unified support from TCIAA’s Safety and Quality Assurance teams, alongside CEO and finance approval.

“Managing safety and compliance across six airports requires a platform that gives us clear, connected visibility of our entire operation. Centrik 5 brings our safety reporting, document control, and risk management together in one system. The fact that ASSI already uses Centrik for its regulatory oversight of our airports was a significant factor in our decision. It means we’re working within the same ecosystem as our regulator, which strengthens our QMS programme and simplifies how we demonstrate compliance,” said Kendre Wilson, Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, TCIAA.

“This partnership is a powerful example of the value a connected safety ecosystem can deliver, from regulator to operator, on the same platform. When an airport authority and its oversight body are working within the same system, the entire safety and compliance chain becomes more transparent and more efficient. We’re proud to support TCIAA as they strengthen their safety and quality framework across the Turks and Caicos Islands,” said Karl Steeves, CEO, TrustFlight.

LONDON, UK, 26 March 2026 – TrustFlight, the world’s first and only end-to-end aerospace safety intelligence platform, today announced that London’s Air Ambulance Charity has adopted TrustFlight’s Smart Documents and Smart Regulations capabilities across its fleet of Airbus H135 helicopters, further expanding a partnership that began in 2023.

London’s Air Ambulance Charity first adopted TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 platform in 2023 after peer recommendations from fellow HEMS operators, deploying it as the core of its safety management system. In May 2025, the charity expanded its subscription to include UK Continuing Airworthiness Regulations. The adoption of Smart Documents and Smart Regulations marks the third expansion of the partnership in under three years and follows a demonstration at the annual TrustFlight Forum that prompted the operator to explore the platform’s AI-powered compliance capabilities.

HEMS providers face the compliance burden of multiple overlapping regulatory frameworks, demanding operational tempos, and clinical teams that cannot afford to be slowed by administrative complexity. By adopting Smart Documents and Smart Regulations, London’s Air Ambulance has moved from a strong safety management foundation to a fully connected compliance ecosystem, where documentation, regulation, and safety data are unified in a single platform.

Smart Documents transforms how London’s Air Ambulance creates, validates, and distributes its documentation across the organisation. It combines an integrated AI assistant to accelerate content creation using both regulatory and organisational context, streamlines review and approval workflows through automated routing, and ensures regulatory requirements are linked directly to relevant content sections for full traceability across departments. Critically for a HEMS operator, findings and actions raised in Centrik 5 can be traced directly to the relevant procedures and manuals, creating a closed loop between safety management and documentation that ensures safety intelligence drives continuous improvement.

“We hold ourselves to the highest standards in everything we do, both clinically and operationally,” said Jay Young, Safety and Compliance Manager at London’s Air Ambulance. “Smart Documents gives us the tools to manage our documentation with greater precision and efficiency, so our teams spend less time navigating administrative complexity and more time focused on the mission.”

Alongside Smart Documents, London’s Air Ambulance has also adopted Smart Regulations, TrustFlight’s agentic AI compliance engine. With real-time access to more than 120 international aviation regulatory frameworks, continuous amendment tracking, and specialist AI agents that deliver accurate, referenced analysis, Smart Regulations ensures regulatory changes are identified, assessed, and acted upon as they happen. For special missions operators managing complex frameworks across HEMS, CAT, and national authority requirements, continuous regulatory intelligence is no longer optional.

“London’s Air Ambulance Charity is one of the most respected air medical operators in the UK, serving over 10 million Londoners,” said Karl Steeves, CEO at TrustFlight. “They came to us through word of mouth from fellow operators, expanded their Centrik deployment, and are now among the first HEMS operators to adopt our Smart Suite products. That progression reflects exactly how we believe aviation safety should evolve: from a strong foundation of proven safety management to AI-powered compliance intelligence, all connected in a single platform.”

Together, Smart Documents and Smart Regulations are core components of TrustFlight’s connected compliance ecosystem. With their adoption, London’s Air Ambulance now operates on a fully integrated Safety Intelligence Platform where safety management, documentation, and regulatory compliance function as one connected system. TrustFlight is the only partner in aviation that brings this level of integration together, closing the gaps where risk accumulates.

London’s Air Ambulance Charity delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Using a helicopter from 08:00 to sunset, and rapid response cars at night or in adverse weather, the charity brings the hospital to the patient when time is critical.

The renewed agreement covers both Centrik 5 Safety and Compliance management and Kenyon International Emergency Response.

European Air Charter, serving over one million passengers annually as an IATA IOSA-certified carrier, currently operates a fleet of seven Airbus A320 aircraft. The airline delivers commercial charter flights and flights under ACMI agreements across Europe, with reach extending into Asia, Africa, and the Middle East for year-round operations. Further fleet growth is expected soon as the airline continues to expand its operations. The renewal spans two of TrustFlight’s core capability pillars, technology and emergency response, reflecting operator confidence in TrustFlight’s integrated platform approach, where day-to-day safety intelligence and compliance management connect with proven emergency response capability through a single, trusted partner.

“Having a single trusted partner that connects our daily safety management with reliable emergency response capability gives us confidence that we are prepared for every scenario, not just the expected ones,” said Capt. Petar Ignatov, Director of Safety at European Air Charter.

The partnership combines Centrik 5, TrustFlight’s established safety, quality, and risk management system, delivering real-time visibility across safety reporting, risk assessment, compliance oversight, document control, workflows, and training management, with Kenyon International’s full emergency response capability, including Disaster Recovery Services, Disaster Human Services, Kenyon International Call Centre, Crisis Communications and Media Call Centre. Together, they provide European Air Charter with both the operational intelligence to manage risk every day and the proven response capability, backed by 120 years of experience, to act decisively when it matters most.

“When an operator deepens their relationship across both Centrik 5 and Kenyon’s emergency response capability, it signals real confidence in the integrated platform approach,” said Karl Steeves, CEO, TrustFlight. “European Air Charter demonstrates exactly what TrustFlight delivers: trust in your data through real-time safety intelligence, and trust when it matters most through proven emergency response. That combination, through a single partner, is something no one else in aviation can offer.”

LONDON, UK, February 26, 2026 – TrustFlight Ltd. (TrustFlight), a global leader in end-to-end safety solutions, today announced that HeliDubai, a leading helicopter services company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has selected TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 Safety and Quality Management system (SMS/QMS) and Baines Simmons’ documenting authoring and publishing service to strengthen safety, compliance, and operational oversight.

Established in 2005, HeliDubai provides premium helicopter services across the UAE, including private and business charter flights, aerial filming and photography, and a range of sightseeing tours. Based near Dubai International Airport, HeliDubai operates a fleet of five Airbus H125 helicopters serving high-value travelers, hotels, and agents seeking exceptional aerial experiences.

HeliDubai’s decision to adopt Centrik 5 builds on the existing use of the platform within its sister company, Dubai Air Wing, which already leverages Centrik 5 to manage safety, quality, and risk. By extending the same digital backbone across both organizations, HeliDubai intends to use Centrik 5 to support harmonised oversight, shared best practices, and a unified approach to safety management.

At HeliDubai, the mission is to deliver safe, reliable helicopter tours across Dubai’s unique and demanding operating environment, with safety as the foundation of every passenger flight. The implementation of Centrik 5 will support the continued development of their SMS/QMS, enhancing real-time risk management, and demonstrating a proactive commitment to passenger safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

Centrik 5 will enable key personnel to deploy configurable audit templates, automate follow-up actions, and maintain full traceability across safety, training and maintenance. In addition, the organisation will be enabled to derive meaningful safety intelligence and proactive compliance through narrative trend detection, heatmaps of recurring hazards, and event frequency across tour profiles.

In addition to Centrik 5, HeliDubai is utilising TrustFlight’s Baines Simmons division for advanced document authoring and manual revision services to support the review, authoring and controlled publication of operational manuals. Baines Simmons’ document authoring and manual revision service simplifies the complex process of manual updates, from authoring and formatting through to controlled distribution, ensuring a seamless and auditable approach to safety and compliance documentation.

“TrustFlight’s role as an innovative, reliable software and service provider is to equip specialist operators like HeliDubai with advanced safety systems and expert services needed to enhance operational efficiency and risk reduction,” said Karl Steeves, CEO at TrustFlight. “By combining Centrik 5 with expert document authoring, we are helping the aerospace industry create a robust, data-driven, digital-first safety management foundation that supports their growth and reinforces regulatory confidence.”

LAS VEGAS, NV, October 15, 2025 — TrustFlight Ltd. (TrustFlight), a global leader in aviation digitization, today announced that Grant Aviation, a leading regional airline serving remote communities in Alaska, has transitioned to TrustFlight’s Safety, Quality, and Risk Management platform, Centrik 5, to enhance operational efficiency and integrate proactive safety processes across its diverse fleet of Cessna Caravans, GippsAero GA8 Airvans, Cessna 207s, Beechcraft King Air 200s, and Piper PA-31-350 Navajos.

As Grant Aviation continues to expand and refine its operations, the airline identified the need for a more advanced and interactive system that provides intuitive dashboards with key metrics for real-time decision-making. Seeking a solution that integrates various safety processes, including emergency response coordination, into a single platform while maintaining ease of use, flexibility, and advanced reporting capabilities, Grant Aviation selected TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 to improve safety oversight, risk assessment, and compliance tracking across its operations.

“Operational safety and reliability are at the heart of Grant Aviation’s mission,” said Dan Knesek, VP Commercial Operations, Grant Aviation. “By integrating TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 platform, we are equipping our teams with a robust, digital-first infrastructure that simplifies safety management, streamlines decision-making and enables better risk mitigation across our entire organization.”

With the airline providing critical passenger and cargo services throughout Alaska, often in challenging weather conditions, TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 will be instrumental in streamlining operational safety, enhancing decision-making, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Its implementation will enable Grant Aviation to enhance its digital framework, integrating automated workflows, enhanced facilitation of structured and documented discussions on operational and safety matters, and strengthening of centralized oversight of the organization.

“We are delighted to support Grant Aviation in modernizing its safety and compliance management with Centrik 5,” said Karl Steeves, CEO, TrustFlight. “This partnership underscores our commitment to delivering innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and regulatory alignment for regional airlines operating in demanding environments.”

Through the adoption of TrustFlight’s Centrik 5, Grant Aviation reinforces its commitment to operational excellence and its unwavering dedication to the safety of passengers and crew.

LAS VEGAS, NV, October 14, 2025 — TrustFlight Ltd. (“TrustFlight”), a global leader in aviation safety and compliance solutions, today announced the launch of Smart Documents, a next-generation authoring platform designed to revolutionize how aviation organizations create, validate, and distribute highly compliant manuals and operational documentation.

In an era of rapid regulatory change, emerging threats, and heightened public scrutiny, operators are demanding continuous safety readiness that integrates training, security, compliance, and incident response into a single, unified solution. By combining Baines Simmons, Kenyon Emergency Services, and Redline Assured Security with TrustFlight’s software expertise, operators can replace fragmented toolsets with a cohesive, end-to-end model that lowers risk, reduces the cost and effort of compliance, shortens audit cycles, and strengthens resilience. The launch of Smart Documents follows the debut of Smart Regulations, TrustFlight’s groundbreaking agentic AI platform for aviation regulatory search and compliance. Together, they form the foundation of TrustFlight’s SmartSuite — a connected ecosystem built to eliminate the friction between regulatory intelligence and operational execution, enabling a new era of safety, efficiency, and compliance in aviation.

Built specifically for the aviation industry, Smart Documents provides an intuitive, web-based editor with AI-powered authoring assistance, integrated review and approval workflows, and seamless distribution tools that help organizations create compliant documentation with minimal effort. By combining regulatory expertise, intelligent automation, and modern usability, Smart Documents ensures every manual update is faster, more accurate, and more efficient — helping operators save millions of labor hours each year.

Centrik 5, one of the aviation industry’s leading Quality and Safety Management Systems, integrates directly with Smart Documents, allowing approved manuals and updates to be seamlessly published into the platform for controlled distribution and acknowledgment tracking. This integration also creates a closed-loop compliance environment, where every procedure, change, and approval is traceable across safety, risk, and audit workflows.

“Artificial intelligence is transforming how aviation organizations create and manage documentation,” said Karl Steeves, CEO of TrustFlight. “Smart Documents delivers aviation-specific intelligence that understands regulatory and operational complexity. This advancement removes the manual burden of compliance authoring and allows documentation to evolve at the pace of business. We are excited to roll out TrustFlight’s SmartSuite of products to demonstrate how agentic AI delivers measurable improvements in safety, compliance, and efficiency.”

Building on TrustFlight’s commitment to purposeful innovation, Smart Documents introduces advanced AI features designed specifically for aviation documentation. Its integrated AI assistant accelerates content creation by generating new material directly within chapters using both regulatory and organizational context. Editors can revise, expand, condense, or re-tone existing text through simple natural language instructions, reducing editing time from hours to minutes. Beyond authoring, the system provides intelligent assistance that can answer complex questions, evaluate compliance against current regulations, and translate documentation into other languages. The result is faster, more accurate, and more confident documentation across every update.

With the combination of Smart Documents and Smart Regulations, TrustFlight’s SmartSuite now offers the first end-to-end AI-driven compliance environment in aviation — from real-time regulation search and interpretation to compliant document creation and distribution. By bringing these systems together, TrustFlight is redefining how regulatory knowledge and operational documentation coexist, creating a connected foundation for the future of digital aviation.

Smart Documents is now available to operators, maintenance organizations, and regulators worldwide. To learn more or request a demonstration, visit www.trustflight.com/smartdocs. TrustFlight will also showcase Smart Documents and Smart Regulations live at NBAA-BACE, taking place October 14–16, at Booth #2514.

LONDON, UK, August 20, 2025 — TrustFlight Ltd. (“TrustFlight”), a global leader in aviation safety and compliance solutions, today announced it has acquired Baines Simmons, Kenyon Emergency Services, and Redline Assured Security from Wheels Up. The acquisition positions TrustFlight as the industry’s only integrated partner combining training and regulatory expertise, aviation security and quality assurance, and full-spectrum critical-incident support services within one group. The combined organisation will serve approximately 1,600 aviation organisations worldwide, giving airports, operators, MROs, OEMs, and regulators a single partner for end-to-end safety coverage.

“Safety in aviation is a lifecycle, not a point solution or set of vendors,” said Karl Steeves, CEO of TrustFlight. “By bringing together the strengths of these three companies with TrustFlight’s software and data platform, we’re building an operating system for safety that helps anticipate risks earlier, prove compliance continuously, and recover faster when events occur. We’re excited about the capabilities these companies bring to TrustFlight.”

The acquired businesses will retain their existing management teams, brands, engineering expertise, and sales capabilities, with no immediate operational changes. Existing contracts and points of contact will remain unchanged, with access to a broader portfolio coordinated through TrustFlight.

“Customers tell us compliance shouldn’t be a reactive, last-minute exercise,” said Richard Steeves, Chairman of TrustFlight. “This combination gives every segment of aviation a single, integrated partner that makes safety proactive and continuous, with one accountable pathway across prevention, assurance and recovery. We are delighted to welcome these trusted teams and to offer the market a clear, integrated choice in safety.”
